1. Application Deadline:
The applicants should prepare the following documents and submit them before 30 th April or 30 th November each year in order to apply for the next academic year.

2. Application Form and Required Documents
Application Form:
When you finish online application, you will get the application form and check if you updoad all related documents.
(Also, you need to print it out with other documents and mail to Office of International Affairs, Chung Yuan Christian University.)
Required Documents:
(1) The completed and signed application form
(2) The original graduation diploma/certificate/degree
(3) English or Chinese translated version of the diploma/certificate/degree
(4) The official transcript of academic records
(5) English or Chinese translated version of the transcript
(6) Report of English language capacity test scores (e.g., TOFEL)
or Report of Chinese language capacity test scores (e.g. TOP/ HSK)
(7) Two letters of recommendation
(8) Study plan
(9) Resume /Autobiography
(10) Financial statement
(11) Photocopy of the passport
(12) Additional documents required by individual department/ program
(13) Checklist of required documents
