CYCU Office of Human Resources is responsible for a comprehensive human resource commission which includes, but are not limited to, recruitment of prospective employees, preparation of employment contracts, administration of employee interests, improvement of employee relations, promotion of employee rights, and maintenance of personnel data, etc.

 

Dignity and Integrity are our greatest concern to create a compassionate and friendly atmosphere on campus. In accordance with the nature and characters of faculty, staff, and all other employees, we perform relatively flexible and caring personnel affairs by applying a holistic perspective to the human resource management.
