All faculty and staff members may freely use the Center's facilities with the approval of their respective supervisor. The Center has also organized student-aide consulting groups providing services and assistance to all users. A library with quite a variety of manuals and reference volumes for computational work is available in the Center.

  The Center usually assigns more than 3000 students to practice on the computers each semester. All undergraduate students who need to take a computer course are required to pay for the practice sessions.

  All computer-related research facilities in the Center are operated and maintained on campus so that they are available to members of a university department.
