Introduction

The department of Business Administration at Chung Yuan Christian University was established in 1967. It has 42 years of history until now.

Currently, there are four classes in each grade of bachelor program. All together there are sixteen classes and almost 1000 students in the department.

The freshmen registration rate is more than 95% of all time. The teaching performance has been widely recognized. Moreover, the department was authorized to established MBA program since 1983.

It is one of the best MBA program with the longest history in Taiwan. It has 26 years of history and each year there are 46 students enrolled.

Recently, in order to achieve the goal of “holistic education and lifelong learning” of the university, The department not only set up the extension course for Business Managers (with certificate of credits) but also established EMBA in 1999. Ever year, 60 professional executives register for the program.(the graduates of EMBA program will be issued with official master degree.) All together, there are more than 1200 students studying in the department which is like a size of middle school.
