The Research and Development Office at Chung Yuan University explained that the data for this list is derived from the world’s largest citation abstract database, Scopus, and selects scientists ranking in the top 2% worldwide from over 9 million scientists. The team used six key indicators for scoring, including total citations, h-index, Hm-index (co-author-adjusted), single-authored or first-authored papers, and single, first, or last-author paper citations, reflecting the scholarly impact of researchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
