The event marked a significant milestone in youth international exchange, opening a new chapter in dialogue with the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference, student delegates focused on two major global concerns\u2014AI governance and digital transformation\u2014and proposed key resolutions, including the implementation of an Ethical Impact Assessment (EIA) mechanism and the establishment of a Digital Transformation Support Fund (DTSF), demonstrating the younger generation\u2019s proactive concern and commitment to global development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 CYCUMUN adopted the North American Model United Nations Procedure and the WorldMUN Rules of Procedure developed by Harvard University, conducting the entire conference in English. In the General Assembly First Committee (GA1), which addressed AI-related risks to privacy and information security, students advocated for the implementation of an Ethical Impact Assessment (EIA) mechanism. Delegates proposed the establishment of a \u201cDigital Transformation Support Fund (DTSF)\u201d to assist low-income countries in strengthening digital infrastructure and promoting workforce reskilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also introduced the \u201cGlobal Internet Accessibility Goal 2035\u201d, aiming to bridge the digital divide through technology inclusion and capacity building. These initiatives seek to foster a more inclusive and sustainable digital future for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"
