On June 6, 2025, CYCU received the 2025 <em>Outstanding Industry-Academia Collaboration Award<\/em> from the Chinese Institute of Engineers. Only seven general universities nationwide received the award this year, and CYCU leads among private universities with its eighth win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award, established by the Chinese Institute of Engineers, aims to strengthen partnerships between academia and public\/private sectors, enhance engineering technology and management, and cultivate talent to meet national economic and industrial development needs. This year\u2019s ceremony, themed <em>&#8220;Transformation and Synergy for a Sustainable Future,&#8221;<\/em> was held on June 6 in celebration of National Engineers&#8217; Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Ting-Jung Lee, a senior student in CYCU\u2019s Department of Biomedical Engineering, received the <em>Outstanding Engineering Student Scholarship<\/em> at the ceremony.
