They noted that Delta has long partnered with CYCU and welcomes students from electrical engineering, electronics, and computer science to join its front-line technology development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit opened at the plant\u2019s International Conference Center, hosted by Mr. Kuan-Hui Fang, General Manager of the ICT Infrastructure Business Unit. He introduced Delta\u2019s latest developments in power systems, ICT solutions, AI data center infrastructure, 5G micro base stations, and next-generation power architectures. Fang highlighted the rising demand for cross-disciplinary talent in power engineering, electronics, and communications driven by AI, cloud computing, and high-speed networks, stressing that EE graduates\u2019 system-integration strengths are essential to advancing future high-tech industries. He added that site visits help students connect classroom learning with real workplace operations and clarify their future professional paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A highlight of the visit was a panel session with three Delta managers, including a distinguished CYCU EE alumnus. He shared his career development at Delta, insights into R&amp;D work, and the challenges and rewards of engineering practice.
