<\/figure>\n\n\n\nDean Ming-Lei Chang of the CYCU College of Business remarked that Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) is one of the world\u2019s leading business honor societies. By inviting a distinguished alumnus and recipient of two international awards to return and share his experiences, the event helped students better understand global business trends and reflect on the importance of professional competence, corporate responsibility, and global perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his speech, Chairman Peng Choong Leng of IQS Wood Sdn Bhd noted that amid rapid global industrial changes and growing international competition, employers now value not only professional knowledge, but also cross-cultural communication, problem-solving skills, and global mobility. Drawing from his own experience, he encouraged students to continuously build professional competence and entrepreneurial capability to strengthen their global competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Following the lecture, the BGS Chung Yuan Chapter organized an exclusive networking session for BGS student and alumni members to engage with Chairman Peng Choong Leng.
