The system integrates eligibility assessment, reimbursement reminders, application guidelines, and intelligent policy search, enabling faculty members to access funding information more efficiently while reducing repetitive inquiries and enhancing administrative support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CYCU President Ying-Ming Lee emphasized that people remain at the heart of AI and digital transformation. He noted that the competition demonstrated how staff from different administrative units actively embraced AI through six months of training, workshops, and industry mentoring, applying technology to solve real workplace challenges.
