CYCU Distinguished Professor Ching-Ray Chang Receives 2026 AUMS Award for Outstanding Contributions to Quantum Science and Magnetics.

Professor Ching-Ray Chang, Distinguished Professor in the Department of Physics and Director of the Quantum Information Center at Chung Yuan Christian University, has received the 2026 AUMS Award from the Asian Union of Magnetics Societies. The biennial award recognizes his outstanding contributions to magnetics, quantum computing, spintronics, and nanotechnology, highlighting Taiwan’s research excellence and strengthening CYCU’s international visibility in quantum science and magnetic research. Professor Chang has also been invited to deliver a keynote speech at the 2028 International Conference of the Asian Union of Magnetics Societies in China.
