CYCU and Delta Electronics Join Forces to Advance Key Technologies for AI Data Centers and Build the Power Infrastructure for the Next Generation of AI.

A research team led by Professor Ying-Yi Hong of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University has partnered with Delta Electronics to advance power infrastructure technologies for AI data centers. The two parties completed a preliminary study on an 800V High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) power supply system and have subsequently secured support from the National Science and Technology Council and Delta Electronics to launch a two-year industry–academia collaboration focused on developing next-generation power solutions for AI computing.
