CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library Launches ALMA Cloud Platform to Connect with Global Academic Resources.

CYCU officially launched the ALMA Cloud Services Platform at the Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library on September 22, marking a new milestone in the University’s digital transformation. The platform integrates physical collections, e-books, academic journals, and databases, providing faculty and students with more convenient access to scholarly resources while supporting teaching, interdisciplinary research, and self-directed learning. Building on the Library’s adoption of the INNOPAC automation system in 1996, CYCU has now advanced from traditional collection and operational management toward an integrated cloud-based service model, further strengthening its connection to global academic resources.
