CYCU Achieves Over 100% Enrollment Rate, Science & Engineering Scores Rival National Universities.

As Taiwan’s universities face declining demographics, CYCU has continued to excel. For Academic Year 114, as of September 19, CYCU’s undergraduate enrollment rate, including expanded ICT quotas, reached 101.3%, marking a sixth consecutive year of full enrollment and an eighth straight year as the No. 1 comprehensive university (public and private) nationwide. Despite the enrollment challenges of a low-birth-rate era, CYCU stands out with strong performance, particularly in science and engineering, where student entry scores rival those of national universities.
