Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) formed an alliance with several domestic companies, such as ASE, Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation, Wafer Works, Nanya Technology, Unikorn Semiconductor, eChem Solutions Corp., and Southport, to foster the growth of Taiwan’s semi-conductor industry and provide professional training. The collaboration aims to connect the industry and the academia and accelerate the development of semiconductor industry in Taiwan, which are the primary focus area for CYCU.
CYCU has a strong background in science and engineering and possess extensive research capabilities. In addition, according to the Times Higher Education ranking, CYCU was placed among the top 5% of universities in Taiwan for the subject of physical science and engineering.
