CYCU inaugurates the new Shih-Ying Building and presents the Japanese Emperor’s Commendation to alumnus Chiu Chiu-Lin for his outstanding contributions to education and public welfare. The building, funded by Mr. Chiu’s generous donation, marks a major milestone in developing CYCU’s Campus Science and Technology Zone and strengthening future research and industry–academia collaboration.
