CYCU Students Explore Taoyuan Through the Five Senses, Showcasing the Impact of Place-Based Learning.
Through its long-running Taoyuan Studies program, Chung Yuan Christian University encourages students to engage directly with local communities and social issues. The exhibition “Discovering Taoyuan Through the Five Senses” showcased student fieldwork across Taoyuan, highlighting topics ranging from Aerotropolis development and traffic congestion to environmental and multicultural issues. The exhibition reflected CYCU’s commitment to place-based education and meaningful community engagement.
